Double click on Make New Connection icon to create a new connection.

Click on Next to continue.

If there is already a modem in Select a device you may skip to Step 27. If there is no device in Select a device , click on Install Modem.
Step 22
If you know what modem you are using then check the box for Don't detect my modem; I will select it form a list. If you don't know what modem you are using, don't check the box. Click on Next to continue. Skip to Step 25 if box was not checked.
Step 23
Select your modem. If you cannot find your modem, refer to your modem manual for compatible modem types. Then click Next.
Step 24
Select the port to use with this modem and click Next.
